Nasty, filthy man. I hope he can be tracked down and prosecuted.
What a horrible thing to happen

I really hope they catch up with him.

Such a deliberate act is unlikely to be a one-off, so someone might know his identity.

That's true, Sharron.

Shame she didn't have a dash-cam but maybe somebody else caught it on theirs.

First thing I suggested, Sharron (great minds think alike) - and told her to hand it in when she reports it.

Of course Rollo!
Keep your car windows shut just in case a random cyclist wants to spit at you!

Now, daughter's friend is a cyclist - a car driver spat at him - what 'genius' idea do you have for him? Wear a bin-bag?

Spitting is now aggravated assault. Are we all expected to behave like the next twonk we meet will spit?

Sharron

Sharron Report 1 Sep 2020 17:54

chances are that he lives locally. has she kept some spit?

No idea, but there is a pandemic on! Spitting is now considered aggravated assault.

He was weaving in and out of the traffic - chances are, my daughter coming the other way made him have to slow down, and stop his illegal 'game'.

So, what was he actually trying to transmit?

My daughter was driving home from work - wearing her NHS uniform as she wasn't on public transport.

As she approached a roundabout not far from the small village where she lives, a middle aged man, on a bike was coming the other way.
He looked at her, smirked and spat through her open window!

It's about rime cyclists were registered and issued with some form of recognisable number. :-| :-|
