Hello have a look at Norton or Microsoft? Have some deals including free Barbara if you look on anti virus site there are a few free for Windows 10 if that's what you are looking for .

Norton isn’t free though

I have a free version of AVG on my laptop that has windows. 10

Microsoft are issuing a major upgrade to Defender for win10 v soon. Free.

I use Microsoft Defender and as Rollo says it is free. I have used Norton in the past but it is to invasive for me.

I would advise against using CCleaner esp on Windows 10.
https://conservapedia.com/CCleaner. It is a software that was useful with XP but is long past its use by date.

new Defender:
Just for infor it will self install with the next round of updates anyway.
