Q1 2022 at the earliest - you will need a FMP sub.
Meanwhile you might get lucky with this.

Ancestry has extensive ER records (electoral roll) on line which taken together with the 1939 Register has served as a sub for the 1921 and lost 1931 census.
The USA 1941 census will be available on Ancestry and other sites.

Access to most of this will involve shelling out.

Will appreciate if some one can work out when all the details will be on line for the 1921 Census details. Not sure how soon all the details can be put on the internet as it involved much clerical work. Thanks a lot. Barbara Thorne.
