Pretty much all computer problems they try and tell you it's your browser....often it's not but it's their get-out-of-jail-free card. It does sadly sound like you're in a right pickle there hope it's sorted soon.

I have been in emailing aol and they suggest changing my browser to another one so if I do this will I lose everything I have on aol now. By the way I don't have a clue on how to do it. :-(

Bob that is what they have been sending me but they send it to my aol address not the one I give them to send it to.

Tried it again and again and again and it sends me a verification code to my aol address but I cant get to it because it needs the code grr grr and once more grr.

With trying to log on to aol, I am on there but it doesn't recognise me when I try to log on so I'm giving its rest til tomorrow or I will have to throw the whole house up the chimney lol.
