exporting a gedcom

- check that yr email address reg with GR is what you think it is
- if you are sure about the email address then look for it in the trash or junk folder as many mail clients eg gmail will put it there by default

nb: the exported GEDCOM will have ONLY the text data, no photos, no saved census records etc.

This is a commmon problem.

Pre-Covid they answered within 3-5 days, but it may take longer at present.

They sorted it when that happened to me.

Hi All
please can someone help, I am tryinh to export my tree via gedcome, to put onto a Family tree maker, as a backup copy, but when ever i do it just says exporting and nothing happens, it doesnt email it to me or change the staus to ready, what am i doing wrong please :-D
