	Today, for the first time since I lost the plot six years ago, I m planning to go shopping. I am up and dressed and not even panicking very much. Big step this one. And what has tempted me out at last? Is it the promise of a new dress? Is it the lure of something very glamorous somewhere wonderful? No. It is cheap butter in Farm Foods.
