Ancestry DNA results have been updated. Have yours changed?

I have now got a bit more English and a bit less Scottish and new contributions from Wales (3%) and Sardinia (1%).

Well that was interesting.

I have gone from 12% Scots to 24% - with no known Scots
Welsh has dropped from 9% to 5% with no known Welsh
Irish has dropped from13% to 4% WITH known Irish.

Norway has changed to Sweden/Denmark same %
French has changed to Basque same % and I am still 2% European Jewish.

I have only 1 DNA community which is central southern England.

My OH sems to have big changes but am going to have to look for the last print out.

Mine has changed too
For the first time in 4 assessments I'm more Welsh than English!

41% Wales
40% England & South West Europe
12% Ireland (3% down)
5% Scotland (3% up)
3% Sweden & Denmark (instead of German)

OH is a very surprised Irishman
Last time he was flabbergasted when he was not 100% Irish but 49% both Ireland and Scotland

This time he's 58% SCOTTISH
and only 42% IRISH
:-D :-D

There was an interesting answer in the new WDYTYA mag from Debbie Kennett to a question about the rise in Scottishness. Obviously I can ‘t post the whole thing but she did say if you click on the arrow beside the % you get a range. It can make a big difference.
