Are now investigating after a woman was seen on camera sitting with her husband whilst spiking her her own drink????

This is a horrible thing to happen to any woman so why any woman would do it to herself beggars belief.

Was the camera in a pub or a pub garden, Tawny?

I ask because perhaps the landlord has got totally fed up with people (and it is usually women from my experience) buying a soft drink such as a tonic and sneaking a small bottle of, say, vodka, from their bags and adding some to their tonic water rather than pay the price of a vodka and tonic.

If the landlord has got fed up with that sort of loss of income he may have decided to teach someone a quick lesson. :-0

It was in the pub garden. The woman had the bare face to complain her drink had been spiked to the pub staff. On checking the camera the staff discovered she was responsible for spiking her own drink. The couple disappeared before the police arrived.
