Buckle up for tomorrow, it is going to be a marathon again.

There has also been some comments that three out of the four contestants are performing their Couples Choice, so there will be no hard and fast rules.

Maybe the outcome will depend on whose choice is the most appealing to the audience and the judges.

Better make some sarnies then :-0

Not keen on Couples Choice :-(

The only couples choice I have liked was last year's. That magical moment when the music stopped. But normally I can't make head nor tail out of it. Is it me or has there been fewer actual ballroom dances this year? whatever would Len say? :-)

MotownGal Report 17 Dec 2022 08:56

Not, Seven that is for sure.

They are all dancing 3 dances tonight, including the Couples Choice.

I think it is odds on Hamza or Fleur will win, simply because Motsi and Shirley are always fullsome in their praise for them.

I would like to think that Mollie or Helen would win, but it is doubtful as they are the underdogs..

I agree AnnG. Rose & Giovanni's dance was a memorable moment :-)

I did think Mollie did well last week but did she peak too soon :-0

It would be good to see Fleur win especially as she has been in the dance off countless times :-D

Hamza has done so well especially as he is the only male having to lead the dance plus I don't think he has had any dance experience :-)

As for Helen, I'm not sure but it would be good if she won because of her personal problems which would give her some confidence :-). However, this is a dancing competition and I feel she would need to up her game to lift the Glitterball but stranger things have happened :-).

It should all come down to the dances with that being the case anything could happen in a live show :-0

To be perfectly honest, I will watch it tonight, and whoever wins will win.

I have really liked some dances, and thought some have been a bit average.

You are quite right Belle, Fleur has been in a lot of dance-offs, and I could never understand why. And as you say, Hamza is the last man standing. :-)

Who knows. :-)

Anybody’s guess so far.

Congrats to Hamza.....well done :-D

I have to say though on the night I didn't think he was the best dancer :-0. I thought Fleur followed by Helen were :-)

Dance of the night for me was Fleur's show dance, a Paso & Argentine Tango mix :-D

However, Hamza did extremely well having no dance experience whatsoever, so I think he deserved to raise the Glitterball:-)

I loved the Class of 22 group dance, it was nice to see them all back :-D

So there we are, all finished for another year :-0. Once again it was lovely to see them all grow in confidence each week and perform so well :-D

Good morning all. Well I really enjoyed the programme last night. Congratulations to Hamza, he is such a lovely person and he has done so well, no dance experience at all, he deserved to win. All the finalists did well with their dances, it must be hard learning three. I did like Helen's dances and the fact that she was glowing and really enjoying the experience. I think it has been great at building up her confidence. Fleur too would have been a worthy winner she is a lovely dancer. I think they will all go on to do great things. I think it must be hard to finish the close contact with their partners for bot professionals and contestants.

always seems a long time until next year. <3

Well that was a marathon. To be honest they could have cut it down to just over an hour, and cut out all the guff.

I did like the Class of 22 and thought they all looked delighted to be there.

Yes, well done Hamza he was the peoples favourite. I agree I thought he fell a bit short in a couple of dances.

Fleur was nothing short of magnificent, and Helen was also great. Mollie tried and did her best but the competition was just too good this year.

Sadly this season has drawn to a close, with the exception of the Christmas Day special with different celebs.

I do hope they cut back on the whooping and screaming next year, and the pantomime booing.

Thank you to everyone to participated in this thread. <3 <3

God willing, we will do it all again next year. :-D <3

I would have liked Helen to win, but well done Hamza . He was well ahead in the online polling at the start of the show, but then he didn’t do so well in his dances, so Helen had just overtaken him in the polling by the end of the show At least the two of them had no dance experience and had made such huge progress over the series

I did like his inspirational quotes

'One, surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you come in.

'Two, the top of one mountain is the bottom of another so keep climbing.

And three, slowly is the fastest way to get to where you want to be.'

Hamza was/is such a genuine person....so humble :-) Whenever, anyone praised him he got very emotional it makes you wonder whether when he was young he was picked on by his peers :-(. The Show, if nothing else, can only do his career good as people will want to see more of him, so a win win for him :-)
