Surely in 2010 pest control wasn’t using terriers unless this was rural ?

Welcome to the boards. Your request is very vague, unless anyone is local and looking (unlikely)in you will only get suggestions of where you could look.

Local papers? Local village magazines. Locals who are still in the area.

Is this the Banham near Diss. It is very rural around there.

The OP lives in the general area, and only has to Google to find the face group page for a group of ratters who will almost certainly know 'one of their own' ( I use the term advisedly).

The local newspapers may have something , otherwise the local famers many of who will have been farmers back then will probably know.

There are a number of photos and messages re terriers catching rats, on the "Suffolk and Norfolk Rat Pack" Facebook page.

Thousands of people "like" those posts.
