Trying to export gedcom of my tree but nothing appears in my email. Yes I've checked it is the correct mail address. Anybody had same problem? :-( Am I missing something :-S |

Yes, for some months now. I have cancelled my auto payments to Genesreunited because of this. It happened a couple of years ago and they fixed it when I complained. This time they say it is my fault. |

In the early days you wouldn’t even have been able to print off a tree that size. I very much doubt that things have chsnged. I don’t think the system has been upgraded. |
