The sun has not shown it's face at all here today. It's warm enough but very dull :-(

On a better note.....just had a phone call to say the carpet has arrived at the shop and they will fit it tomorrow. :-D

errrmm..... no. LOL

I think it's some sort of poly cotton. It's lightly padded and is well below my bum. I don't think it would stand up to rain - I have a transitional raincoat for that. What am I talking about!...... I stay home when it rains :-D Both of these coats are purple and yes, I have a red hat :-D

You have a transitional coat? Is the front waterproof and the back not or is it waterproof outer with a detachable fleece inner like wot I have? :-D

Lots of birds in the garden this morning.

Only a robin was hopping around for a few weeks and I thought the birds were keeping well clear following the magpie attack on a thrush - I heard the sqwawking but I was not quick enough getting out and the poor thrush was dead by then.

Now I think the lack of birds was because the feeding tubes were empty as I found a big tub of birdseed in the shed and filled them following which the bird numbers have increased.

We had two bushes with red berries on so early that my bestie commented on them so no berries in the garden at the moment.
