Von, Iam a night owl and I, too, noticed the multitude of stars when I was going to bed just after midnight. The sky seemed magical. <3

Car still had snow in its roof and car windows were frozen this morning when I thought I would pop out to meet pals for coffee. Sprayed and scraped for a while but gave up and went inside for another coffee. By the time I was going to our singing group it was pretty clear but I had broken the rear window windscreen wiper in two.

Main roads were clear but side ones were icy.

On my way back, I called in to my lovely car people with the long wiper in my hand and the guys came out to have a look. Quick as a flash one of them had fixed the wiper back on so no charge, thank goodness.

No sign of frost or worse on the road to Canterbury, as the sun was shining :-D

Once home again, I decided that the time had come to get out my Polar fleece hoodie.
It's so cosy.

Hearing better after my trip to audiology, so I might be able to hear the questions now at the charity quiz this weekend. ;-)

The sun appeared, so I decided to take the Brownie out for a jaunt. :-)

Sayine that, it was so cold my hands were shaking, so have not downloaded the piccies yet. If there is anything half decent will bore the pants off you later on :-D :-D ;-)

It was dark, damp and dismal, but literally in the last minute, the sun has peeped out.

Hope it warms up a bit, as we have to travel to Canterbury later and those country roads can be awkward, if it's frosty :-|

BBC main weather forecast said we could have sleet or snow showers today. A short while later, the regional south east forecast made no mention of this :-S
