I have seen in the DM that Puerto de La Cruz has been affected hopefully Wendy if you are looking in, you are OK up there.

Thank you ladies. I'm okay, no damage from the storm. Luckily I live uphill but down in the town it was like one big pond. thereis a lot of repairing and clearing up needed all over the island. It is nearly passed us now thank goodness xx

Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL
