A grey day here but the garden is looking a bit more colourful as Spring is springing and yesterday I took the cover off the table, hoping for better weather. I am optimistic

Just been taking my blood pressure.
I've been on medication to lower it for several years now, but recently medics have decided it's actually not high at all :-S
I'm recording home readings and daughter will take them to GP during the week.

Might mean I can come off that pill :-)

Same weather as Joy here. The last few days the sun has come out mid afternoon so heres hoping.

Gwyn - we have a table outside but it's only used for putting a cup of coffee on. I don't like al fresco eating - too many flying insects for me. In fact I don't even go into the garden all that often. When I was young I loved going into the countryside as we didn't have a garden but these days I'd rather be inside :-S

Hope it's not too hot in London for the runners.

Flies are the things I really can't stand... dirty little creatures :-|

I quite like being in the garden generally, but from this time of year onwards, the seagulls seem to think of it as their territory and shriek loudly at anyone, who dares to put a foot out of the door. :-| :-|
They will probably nest on the roof again, as they have done some other years.
Daughter is doing her best to discourage that, but once they have a nest, we have to leave them to it, as they are protected. :-|

Tip of the day!

Always check that the spray nozzle on the end of your hosepipe has not

cracked. However I sat in the sunshine to recover and dried off very quickly ;-) ;-) :-D :-D
