Sun is out but for how long I wonder? Doesn’t really matter as I have nothing planned. I am not going out today.

Left washing on the line overnight and it was dry so hung everything up immediately as I don’t do ironing.

Great that it was dry and now hanging up though. :-D
I'd have to look for my iron ;-)

Here, the early morning seagulls would have probably left their calling card on any washing left out and now we have 3 baby chicks on the kitchen roof ready to add to their number :-|

Sunny and 15 degrees, at the moment.
Nothing definite planned, but might pop out for some cakes to take to school next week.

I will be watching Trooping of the Colour this morning. I do like a bit of pomp and we do it so well. Last time I was down there the Queen was on horseback, so that is how long ago.

I would also have to look for my iron, K used to do it all. He said it was relaxing and my Mum used to say the same.

I like the chocolate traybake that Sainsburys sell. I slice it and freeze it to use later.

Gwyn, Sparkles used to do a tray of small cream cakes. They may still do so but I have not looked this year. Yummy :-D

No Sparkles near here, apart from a small food hall attached to a petrol station. They don't carry much of a range though.
I do miss the main store in a nearby town :-|

Just read about the possibility that, should Andy Burnham win through, he would appoint Ed Milliband to his team. The wrong Milliband in my opinion. :-(

Blimey Von, I thought Trooping the Colour was always on a Saturday perhaps it was before I was born ;-) :-D

Pre 1959 it was usually on a Thursday as that was when the Queen celebrated her

official birthday. ;-) ;-)
