Well we've had an humdinger of a storm....lasted 3-4 hours :-0 :-0. Where did that come from I'm sure it wasn't forecast :-0 :-0
According to my weather radar app it looks like it is going to stop raining soon so as I'm wide awake I might as well take Ralphie out shortly :-0

Sorry that you've had little sleep, but going out early might be a great idea.

It's really dull here, after overnight rain.
If there was a storm, I didn't hear it, but it is so strange to wake up to no sunshine.
Temperatures are set to soar later, so I will be indoors trying to keep cool for much of the day.

We had an electric storm last night. What a cracker. The thunder was rolling and the lightening was forking across the skyline :-0 :-0

I jumped out of bed to shut the window and watched it for a few minutes. :-)

Dry now, and will be going out before it gets too warm.

Another lovely morning here.

Daughter tells me we did have a thunderstorm, so I must have slept through it.

Kath, These Tuesdays seem to come round quickly, but how great to meet up with your friends again.

I was up putting the rubbish bin out for collection early, as the council website said that during this hot weather, the men would be starting their rounds earlier trying to avoid some of the heat.
While out there, I did collect a couple of handfuls of weeds, which were so much easier to pull up, after the rain :-)
At least I did something bright and early, before we wilt further :-0
