She has been reading our thread the past few days, but doesnt normally. Its bitterly cold, I agree, - I was just 'telling' my sister about how cold it was, and that the sun just can't get out from the clouds... Its looking like heavy rain heading our way this afternoon. .. Ok Wattlers . . . how is this for luck . . . Neice just rang me to tell me about a friend of hers, she was going to the ball in Dubbo about two weeks ago, and needed some decoration for around the neck . . . went into Vinnies and saw some long black beards there and decided they would do the trick with the outfit. At the Ball a guy came up and offered her $500 for her beads, she thought if he is offering that much they must be worth more so said no. Had them valued last week . . . Black Pearls no less !!! Told her two children to go pick out a house each and she would buy it for them! See you all in Vinnies next week !!! cheers luv Laurie

Wow Laurie, to Vinnies we will go. At first I thought that you said black beard and thought it must be a fancy dress party. LOL It's like watching Antiques Roadshow. I have an antique gramaphone, it's been in Nevilles family from new, must be 100 years old, guess what, it not worth much at all. There must be hundreds of them or something. dear Jill, you have got a friend, boring old me i'm cooking tea & back up food for the next couple of days. been pretty busy today just trying to get all the washing dry. finished off the junk mail ( watching 'shaun of the dead' - what a crack up that movie is, i hate scary stuff too) had a walk with oh and 1 dog this morning. yelled at noisy child to shut his noise up (music practice) I would have liked to do h*******k, what a shame thats about it ... love yvette x

That's another 100 copper nails finished!! Took nearly 2 hours. having an easy night tonight. Might even watch a bit of TV if anything half-decent is on! Vonny

Ron, oh, is watching Kingdom of Heaven a crusade type movie with Liam Neeson and Orlando Bloom. Jo my d in UK had Liam Neesom come into the shop where she works, it's in Pall Mall and they sell pretty good country clothing, way she was telling it later I think if he had asked her to marry him she would had said yes, no just kidding, but he came over as a really nice man, very polite and pretty gorgeous to look at. Prince William was in there once and again very polite very ordinary in spite of all his minders. goodness me find a friend and I tell all. pmsl. Jillxx

Has a drain in which causes a few painful problems. Was totally disappointed her tiara was not on her head when I got there. Just hope the admin at the hospital has the precious tiara in their safe. Watty is alive and well. Had a stressful trip home. Bad accident. Laurie's friend on my mind. Will catch up on todays thread tomorrow. I need several of Trifley moomtaaareees. my little comment before was just acknowledging how transparent i am - with everything not my clothes. i always waffle on and blurb most stuff out. sometimes leaving the mouth open long enough to change socks shoes and feet you are soo lovely ducky, i can understand the driving thing. i'm not fond of it either. hi ya everyone. there was a thunder storm overhead before so i turned the pc off. this is the last thing i want playing up on me.. love Yvette x
