Hi, I had a quick scroll through some of the messages to see if this had already been mentioned: it would be helpful if users could enter simply year of birth (as with death which has been mentioned) in those cases where exact dates are not known. As my tree goes back a few generations, into the 1700s, it is impossible to have such fine detail. It would also be useful to able to clearly indicate when a year of birth/death is approximate, with a 'give or take 5/10/20 years' marker. There are ancestors i don't wish to leave out simply because I don't know their date-of-birth, but I don't want to mislead anyone who looks at my entries.
