God i thought i was the only one having problems mine keeps shuting down completly saying ERROR FOUND

It is known in the IT trade as a false return, due to an undersized stack.

Without getting too technical, it happens because each time you click on a link, you reserve little slot on the system which remembers where you came from.

This information, recording your last position, is held in a file called the return stack. If the return stack gets full and no longer has space to add the details for last insertion came from, it returns you to someone else's insertion point.

Often this is of no consequence and can in fact be a pleasant surprise, as it can take you to areas on the website that you have not experienced. However, for others it can be quite disconcerting, especially if you have previously been inserted into a front end slot and suddenly find you are back in a previous user's rear slot.

If you are well stacked, however, the problem situation never arises.

I hope this clarifies the situation.

So let me get this straight

If I have been inserted in the front end, I then get put in someones rear slot, and I need to be well stacked !!! rofpmsl

Well....! Glad you saw the funny side.

It does make sense to a programmer. Basically the system has a stack overflow and has run out of space to store the details of your previous link, so you go back to someone else's start point. Totally random as to where you will end.

It is a bug, but a fairly minor one to fix - hope GR are looking....!

The assumption was that it was someone else doing the inserting. If you are well stacked, then you have nothing to worry about.....!
