	Tell you something, since becoming crippled and spending most of the last five years in this back bedroom, immobilised, if it wasn't for this PC and these threads that I venture on, I'd be talking to the walls, perhaps I do :-S

	I am not online very much, have had no puter for months, so while I've borrowed one today just want to drop in and say hello to several "old friends". It's chilly here in southern Ontario,Canada so I am glad to be indoors!! So for anyone who remembers me, and everyone else, HELLO and Happy New Year for 2018. This thread helped keep me on an even keel for several years and I'll always be grateful for the caring, support and friendships. Mary

	Good morning everyone. The term crutch can mean other than a walking aid. It an be alcohol, comfort food, the wrong medication. Anyone is capable of becoming an addict. Take care, have a nice day <3 <3

	Thirty years ago I was addicted to Phensic and Anadin, Didn't need then I caused the addiction to stave off head aches. When I recognised the fact it was easy to stop.
