Hello, I'm tracing my husband's family tree for a special birthday and am having some success. However, it's as if these two (his grandparents) never existed!
Sarah Simm was born in St.Helens, Merseyside and Frank Sharples in Bolton, both about 1907. I think they may have married about1934/5 as their only child Robert was born in 1936.
Have tried various spellings and different sites, but having no luck at all! What am I doing wrong?
There is no one to ask and I can't ask my husband as it's a surprise!
