Find Ancestors

Good evening! :)

I've been searching for my great great grandad on the census but i'm just not geting anywhere! I wonder if anyone else could have more luck than me..

His name was James William Cutts, born 1883 in Surrey.
His father was Thomas Cutts born 1856 in surrey and mother was Susan. I just can't find them at all under any name :|

Any help would be much appreciated xx

Theres just one thing I haven't yet got my head around.. and thats Thomas Cutt's marriage to a Susan. I don't know her maiden name.. There was the marriage between a thomas and susan waller, but her age just doesn't at all match up with the one on the census..

This one ties up with censuses; c1860, Bermondsey.
