Hi, Surviving rolls are held at county record offices. I don't know of any that have been indexed. Most people didn't have the right to vote at the time you are asking about. No women could vote and only land or property owning men. If your family were not well-off it isn't worth searching the rolls. Gwynne |

I have family I can find on the 1871 census and on the 1881 census but in between they moved and lived in another part of the country. Were electoral registers kepr in the 1870s and if so, how do I go about finding someone in Leeds? Thanks, Jacky |
