He had a daughter Mary Jane who was born about c1858/59 in Stogumber somerset. Her birth was registered in Tiverton, which could either be in Somerset or Devon. All I know about Charles was that he was a Labourer. This information was taken from Mary Jane's marriage cert. Thanks for your help. Jane

I didn't have any information on this family til today when I received Henry Chorley and Mary Jane Hurleys marriage cert and now thanks to June, Claire and Potty I have gone rigth back to 1841 with the Hurley family.
