Mary Williamson born 1854 Paddington/Marylebone, father George Williamson (Farmer). Married John Tarrant 1874, and died 1930 Springfield Hospital Wandsworth. I have everything about my 2 x Gt Grandmother but her birth and anything prior to 1874.

Have you got her Father's name from the wedding certificate?
If so, does it say whether he is alive or dead?

the wedding cert says he's deceased. I also know she married out of her faith, my mum thinks she was a jewess, and was disowned by her family, though they did try and find her one day, but she had gone to a neighbours funeral and they missed each other. Mum remembers her as being small always in black and with a beaked nose.

A tree on Ancestry has her born in Warrington the daughter of George and Ellen but I don't think it is correct.

I've been trying to trace these girls and their Grandparents, but haven't been successful yet. I know Mary Ann was reportedly born in Paddington, but if she was raised by her Grandparents in Paddington she may have thought that she was born there? Also Mary and John Tarrants daughter was Jessie Eliza.......... now is she named after Johns mother or Marys sister????
