THOMAS CARTER CAME OUT FROM EITHER COUNTY CLARE OR COUNTY CORK, IRELAND TO AUSTRALIA. HE MARRIED HONORAH KENNEDY (RELATED TO KENNEDYS OF AMERICA, PRESIDENT KENNEDY) AND HAD 11 CHILDREN - JAMES, THOMAS, JACK, MARGARET (MAGGIE), HARRY, WILLIAM (BILLY), FRANCIS (FRANK),EDWARD (TED) WHO WAS KILLED IN A ROAD ACCIDENT, MARY, KATHLEEN AND ANNIE. MY FATHER WAS BORN 13 JAN 1893 AND WAS HIS SECOND ELDEST SON, THOMAS FRANCIS CARTER AND HE MARRIED EILEEN MAY MURPHY AND HAD SIX CHILDREN - THOMAS, FRANCIS, BRIAN, EILEEN, KATHLEEN AND KEVIN. MY FATHER DIED 4 AUG 1975 AND MY MOTHER DIED 23 MAR 1983. |
