I do love calligraphy writing, have done quite abit of work in the past and hope to pick it up again in the future...............

Hi, Mersey! I did a calligraphy course some years ago, and really enjoyed it. What I found hardest was the spacing! It is a lovely way to record a favourite poem or piece of prose. I particularly love the Medieval Uncial style.

I'm a bit of a butterfly where interests are concerned, and will probably get around to doing more when my addiction to these boards subsides a bit! :-D ;-)

Hi - I have been a Calligrapher for many years. Everyone loves my birthday and Christmas cards. I write wedding albums and invites/envelopes. Italic is my favourite style as it looks so elegant. If anyone has the interest in calligraphy, please try to develope it as you will receive so many admiring remarks !!

Did a course many years ago and thoroughly enjoyed it.

One lady I knew back in the 1990's painted her own cards and then did the most amazing looking verses in them
