Hi i am trying to find information on my family , my mum was adopted and was born 13/11/1949 in cardiff she was born lorna june white however was adopted and name changed to janice otteson. I know her family were from the ely area and mother was called kathleen white to wed who at some point went to ireland but i am unsure if she returned. In cardiff they lived on windsor green in ely . |
