Once your adopted child has turned 18, you should apply to the Adoption Registries, who can be contacted at the following Address

The General Register Office
Adoption Section, Contact Register
Smedley Hydro
Trafalgar Road

Southport

England

You should also visit the UK Government's Adoption Registry website.

I dont know much about adoption, but as they are under 18 I would'nt have thought there was much you can do if anything
