How did your mother meet Dorothy?

At school? At work? At Church? Or merely as a neighbour?

Not seeing a Callum birth where the mother's maiden name is Convery that fits.

her bother was andy /andrew. sorry mums memory is not as quick as it was .dots son was callum and i think the spelling is correct but may have been youle although mum says yule .i cant help thinking she may have married in austrailia .


sorry i just checked an old thread of mine form 3 years ago and dot had brothers thomas and andrew known as tom and andy david yule was born in england both sons joined the australian air force and last heard of dot in the melbourne area .still not found her or her boys

no im sorry i don't .mum married in newcastle upon tyne where dot lived in 1952 , so i assume it was around tyne side she was single in 1952 and i think now that she possibly wed in the latter end of the 50s or early 60s she emigrated to auss after this .
so her boys must have been born in the 60s

I am hoping this lady is still with us dorothy convery would be in her late 70's early 80's born in the 30's known as dot and moved to aus where her husband david yule (unsure of this spelling ) he joined the aussi forces back then .they have two sons one named callum born in the 50's .dot was mums bridesmaid and mum would love to hear from her or her family .i have a photo of her but cant find out how to attach it here .
