Find Living Relatives

I'd really like to make contact with my cousin Joan Margaret Sutcliffe, she's also been known as Maggie Sutcliffe, and is probably somewhere in the USA!.
Born Halifax, 1937, daughter of Harold Sutcliffe & Ethel (Hamer)
All I know of her is that she was a nurse, and she moved to the USA, where she did very well in her career, and worked her way up to a very senior nursing position.
As far as I know she hadn't married by the 1970's, and I never heard that she married later.
My Dad Joe was very fond of her, and may have kept in touch, but he died in 1995, and I have no record of her address, both her parents are dead.
She has a brother, Graham Sutcliffe, who did marry, and as I understand it, he also moved to the USA.

Unfortunately, Graham died in 1999:

I realise that Joan will be in her seventies now, (Nearly thirty years older than me) if she's still around, but I would really like to be able to ask her about the family, and I hate the thought that there might be family papers, and especially photographs, that could be destroyed.

Feeling excited now! I took a look on Intelius, which I'd never heard of before (Thanks again Rose!) and checked out Joan in North Carolina, just on the offchance...and I think I've found her, right name, right age, and one of the "has lived in" places rings a bell. Will wait to see if I get a response from Michael, otherwise could pay the price and get address details. :-D

Didn't spot that one. Searching for Joan or Joan M doesn't return that result unless you choose NC.

That is great! How did you find that? I took a look at the house details, I wish UK Estate Agents gave out as much detail and information! By the way, I've been using Intelius to track down another branch of my family in the states...brilliant! Now I'd better go get some sleep... :-)
