There's a death for a Rosanna Fenwick Clark in 1995. The informant might be Hazel.

Have you tried tracking her parents down at all? They have pretty distinctive names. As they married 1942, they would be pretty elderly if still alive. Can't see a death for either in England/Wales up till 2006. I wonder if her father might have been Scottish?? Can't see a birth for him on Freebmd

From what I can see she was born 1944 not 1942

If you look on FreeBMD she was born 1943/1944.

Hazel attended Brown Rigg School, Bellingham 1957-58
