Who was the informant on John's death cert? Maybe one of his children?
Or on Margaret's death cert (if she has died)?

Have you tried "Search all Members Trees" on GR?
Someone called Louise has a John Flanagan born 1931 Glasgow in her tree.
Three people have relatives called Margaret Alston born in the 1930's, one in Glasgow. You could try contacting them, if you haven't already.

Unfortunately, for such recent birth records, it's not possible to search on SP using mother's maiden surname.

There were no Flanagans (or variation of spelling) born in Busby after 1962, so that's no help, I'm afraid.
There were 86 born after 1962 in Renfrewshire as a whole, with that exact spelling. Taking variations of spelling into account, there were 110 born in Renfrewshire. Impossible to narrow it down further via SP.

You will need to look at Scotlands people - which is pay-to view

There are NO subscriptions to the site

BUT...as the info is so recent, you may not have much luck

Scotland's BMD records are not as freely available as those for England/Wales

Look at SP home page - and find out what is avaiiilable

I am looking for the children of John Flanagan and Margaret Alston marriage 1962, BUSBY, RENFREW.Glasgow.Scotland. John born the Glasgow.Scotland
This is his first marriage.
His second marriage was to Sandra Wright. He had three daughters to this marriage.
Have been told john had children to Margaret.
Can someone help PLease.
