This is a King Size Blanket THANK YOU for all the information you have provided.
Why I haven't received the alerts I have no idea - probably I failed to tick the box !

The information sheds light on two post cards - among the photo's. One addressed to Mrs Taylor, 30 Walter St, Bethnal Green. Dear Mum, The reason I didn't turn up for hospital I mislaid the letter, right ready with hat and coat on and could not find hospital letter, was wild as I am without medicine. Hope Rose is better, try and get her to go to Park hospital. I have been rather queesy this week. I do hope Rose get on alright, if she wants to come down here she can, hope you are alright will be up Tuesday. Love Ede.
The post mark is unclear, also the card is undated. On the reverse of the card is a photograph of Broad St, Dagenham. The properties appear to be a long row of bungalows with dormer windows and a pitched roof property in the middle. Joseph.

Joseph Report 22 Oct 2017 18:42

The second post card dated the 26th July 1926 - a picture of Hollington Church in the Wood, Nr, Hastings - was sent by Clara Taylor nee' Marshall to her husband Frederick at 30,Walter st, Bethnal Green.

Dear Fred,
Just a few lines to let you know we got down alright but was worrying because we never arrived till 10-15 and Mum was worrying over us but never mind everything went off alright but it so pouring of rain. Mum fell down and hurt her leg but tell Lou not to worry because she doesn't want Lou to know and she will tell me off.
Well dear this is all for now, Love from Clara xx Remember me to Lou.
It's possible they were attending a wedding ? I have quoted verbatim in the hope some of the events may have filtered down to the present day family. One can only hope.
Joe.

Thank you again for all the information you pased on to me. I know you will share my pleasure when I tell you yesterday I exchanged email's with Rose E's daughter.

When I made it known I had some photo's of the Taylor family her reply was, ' I have been searching for years to find family photo's'.

Thank you,
Joe. <3
