Hi

I was wondering if any one could help with a most up to date search.
I have found them in 2013 ..... is that the most up to date one relased please?

ERs are available to 2017 if the people in question haven't opted out of the publically available version. You can also google an address search to see if the property has been sold since 2013 (always assuming it wasn't a rental).

There are 2 other places you can check.

https://www.thephonebook.bt.com/ to see if they have a phone number against the last known address.

https://www.zoopla.co.uk/house-prices/ to check when the property was last sold through an estate agent. It doesn't help if the property is a rental or owned by a housing association.

It is view by credit purchase but you can cheat the system by inputting the last known post code and surname. The information for this year's roll would have been collected late summer 2016.
