The only Evelyn G Campbell birth on SP is in 1954

Margaret, it looks like you probably have the right person.

Daughter born 1956, so Evelyn being born 1936 (the DOB in Lorraine's question) would be a reasonable match.

On the Canadian voters' lists at Ancestry there are

1972 Evelyn Campbell

1957 Mis Evelyn Campbell (sic)

I don't have a sub for Canadian records - could someone check whether the 1957 listing is for Miss or Mrs? Appearing for the first time on the 1957 list would match being 21 in 1957.

Also whether the 1972 Evelyn appears with a husband (in which case it would not be the right person).

It would seem likely that Evelyn was on the 1957 list and married or/and moved away before the next election.

In 1957 she might have been living with parents and possibly siblings, and that would provide more info, for searching for family.

Mother was listed as being 29 in Feb 1964, so that puts her born 1934/35.

Federal elections were held in 49, 53, 57, 58.

So it would seem that the Evelyn on the list in 57 married or moved away by 58.
