I would be very interested to make contact with any surviving 'children' of the above late members of the Charter family.
They were brother and sister living in Ottawa Canada- sorry, should have said that earlier!

Where did they live and when - not seeing a marriage England or Wales in those names - nor Scotland.

Look under Search - top right of board, then Search all Members trees.
There are Muriel's born 1965, 1936 and 1896
Arthur Charter (no S at end) only shows one in 1934 Carlisle
Various choices of it were Charters

Or enter the details you have and see if any matches come up -

You can then try to contact the tree owner/s.

EDIT - message from Colin saying they come from Canada. Have replied asking for dates and a more specific location if he wants help.
