Trying to find a couples address in Surrey if anyone can help. I have an address for them in 2007, but not sure if they are still at that address.

Will pm if anyone can help rather than post details here.

Put the surname & post code into 192.com
The free search will show if they are still on the open register at the same address.

Check on Zoopla to see when the property was last sold.
If they’ve since moved but don’t show on the current ER, it’s possible that they’ve opted out of the commercial register.

See if there’s an entry in the locality on https://www.thephonebook.bt.com online phone book.

They are showing on 192.com for 2003-7 and 2013-2018 so does that mean it’s the same address for both periods?

If it’s the same address & post code, then yes.

The 2018 ER was complied late summer 2017. As long as Zoopla doesn’t show a sale since then, there’s a good possibility they still live there.

I can’t see the full address on 192 it’s blanked out. But it shows those periods next to their names so I presume it means it’s the same address?

Thanks

Post codes are assigned to a group of houses. If the post code (and address) shows that they lived there since 2003, then there’s a good chance they are still there.

You know their name. You have an address for 2007. Put the name & surname in the name box & full address in the place box.

If the list results have the correct postcode, then they were recorded there for the 2018 Roll.

For instance, you might get
Joan F Smith, other occupants David K Smith & Angela B Smith for the years 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007.

Then you have a gap because they opted out.

They reappear in 2013. Perhaps Angela has disappeared but Timothy S Smith has been added.
At a guess, Angela was their daughter who has moved out. Timothy was a younger son who is now of voting age.
When they added Timothy they forgot to make sure they were still opted out.
