Could someone please lookup in a recent electoral register:

Joseph & Muriel J Moss.

Their last address I have found is:

Plasgwyn Nursing Home, Pentrefelin, LL52 0PT Wales from the 2007/9 register.

As your posting shows, its a nursing home.

192.com (on line Electoral Rolls) suggests that Joseph was aged 18-21 in 2007.
There's no obvious other entry for Joseph nor one for Muriel Moss using the middle initial of J

Try writing to the nursing home. They may have opted out of the commercial register, or the Nursing Home may be willing to forward your letter if they have a new address.

there is a joseph and muriel moss listed 2003 says age 90-95 so called have passed away given the age
