The Anglesey Electoral Roll for 1950 is on Ancestry - but of course the father may not have been of voting age at the time.

And the ER isn't much use without some clue re name of either man or farm.

I'm assuming Betty is now deceased?
Unfortunately, unless you can find someone else who knew your grandfather's identity - such as another family member - there isn't really any hope of finding out.

Do you know the name of the farm? (I don't suppose you do.)

From Wikipedia:

Moelfre is a village, community and (until 2012) electoral ward on the north-east coast of the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. The community area covers the village and harbour, and several smaller, dispersed settlements.

The village of Moelfre wraps around a small harbour sheltered from the north by a substantial headland and the rocky island of Ynys Moelfre. Also within Moelfre Community are the more dispersed settlements of Marian-glas, Llanallgo, Brynrefail and Mynydd Bodafon.

Hi, I’m Hayley.My father was born in December 1952 (birth name David Owen) at Bangor hospital to his mother Gwladys Owen and as yet an unknown father. He was taken to Durham where he was placed in an orphanage to be adopted.
Gwladys was a first cousin of Dick Evans, dad was lucky enough to find her living sister Betty back in 1990, the first thing she mentioned, before they were even introduced was that he looked the spit of his dad, the man as yet unidentified. Betty knew who his father was. She alluded to the fact he lived on a farm inland, near Moelfre, and was a good man and aware of his birth.
The reason for this tree is to see if I can I finally find the identity of my grandfather. To know where I came from and be able to tell my dad the one thing in the world, he really needs to know.
