If you buy a copy of your parents’ marriage cert, you will find out his declared age and the name of his father, if he knew him

Hi.
Thank you for your help I am looking to find out more about my farther family in Czechoslovakia any help you can give is most welcome.
My farther was Josef Modransky but he left my mother and me to emigrate to Australia and we lost touch.
Mrs Yvonne Loxton ne Modransky.

If you post some info on dates, someone may be able to help? edit there's a Josef Modransky marrying in Paddington 1943, is he related ?
