Hi all,

It has come to light recently that my mothers' father actually legally adopted her, and that her biological father was a man called George P R McCormick (Peter Reid I believe the middle names are). He was born either 1949/1950 in Lanarkshire, Scotland (Coatbridge I believe).

Quick google searches only show a person by this name dying in 2015 at Kingston Hospital, London.

I can find the marriage record of him and my Nan in 1971.

Apart from these I can find no records.

It's a long shot I know, but does anyone have any info on any living relatives of his that I may be able to track down on here/social media. It would be great to connect with long lost family.
