Hi

Looking for family relatives for the following family, if any one can assist:-
Unsure if these 2 brothers are still alive
Malcolm Thomas Brown born 1948 assume Qld
Warren Milton Brown born 1953 again Qld

Their parents were
Fred Brown Jrn 1922-1969 Gympie Qld
Veda Zola Gaylard presume Qld

Any information would be helpful.

What have you done to try to find them yourself?

Have you looked in the phone book?

One record for Malcolm on FMP. School pupil in QLD in 1953

Veda on ER for 1949 and 1959 in QLD

Warren Milton Brown is on ER 1977, at Surfers Paradise, Queensland.
No other Browns with him.

In 1980 he's in Calamvale, Queensland, with an Elaine Kay Brown at the same address..

There's a Malcolm Thomas Brown in 1977 in Aspley, Petrie, Queensland.
At the same address are:
Lynette Ann Brown , John Reginald Brown and Diane Gweneth Brown..


However, there's also a Malcolm Thomas Brown in NSW in 1977. No other Browns listed with him.
Also presumably the same man at other NSW addresses, 1963-80.

Veda was in Queensland in 1968.

Hi

Thank you for all your responses. No have not tried to find them, just did not know where to start. We have just discovered these half brothers. I am doing research for my friend who was adopted out at birth. We have found out who ther birth father was and it was Fred Brown. Trying to find him we found the death certificate and thats where we have got the other 2 brother names. Just want to see if they are still alive, not sure where it will take my friend. Thank you.

Hi Rhonda

The 'RYERSON INDEX' (on-line) has newspaper death notices -up to present day.

The 'QLD State Library' (on-line) has an 'Ask Us' service - they will check any newspaper death notice you may find on 'RYERSON's. They also check electoral rolls -past & present.
(all our State Libraries offer same service)
