Some relatives of mine went to Australia in the 1950's on a ten pond ticket and i would love to get in touch with anyone related to them

Do you have more information about their first names, ages etc. There are passenger lists on Findmypast which may give a destination in Australia.

there are loads in the er register for 1950's on ancestry and some family trees

You don't seem to have any of them on your own tree on GR - assuming you have a GR tree.

If you give us their first names, ages, and where they lived in the UK, we can have a look.
