From a Google search, and assuming you mean births/deaths/marriages, the Hong Kong Immigration Dept seems to be the main way to go:

But you don't say what sort of records, or what time-scale.

Thank you all.

Potentially searching for a living relative. He is Chinese and fathered a child in UK back in the 1960s.

But unsure given he will be in his late 60s/early 70s. Just needed some advice on where to start. One of the thread replies gives a link that I am going to explore/
