	Welcome to the boards, Newman. ErikaH has suggested the Electoral Rolls. You will find them under "Search" at the top right of this page. Search for his name, with his year of birth. You'll see that someone of that name, and that age, was in Essex in the 2002 ER. Click on the document symbol at the right of that record to find the exact address, which was in Southend-on-Sea. According to the Zoopla website, that address was last sold in 2000 - so unless he was only renting, he may still be there, and just have opted out of the public ER. Of course, I don't know if that's your son, or just someone else of the same name. ADDED: I see from his birth record that his middle initial is A. Did he marry a Cathryn in 1981? There's also a marriage of a Mark A Rundle to an Elizabeth in 1998.
