I take it that Michelle was adopted.

If so, I'm afraid there's nothing we can find online, as her name would have been changed on adoption.

She was definitely born 1964 - not 1964/5 as in your title.

If she hasn't already done so, her aunt can add her name to the Adoption Contact Register, and then if Michelle also has registered with them, or does so in future, looking for her birth family, they may be put in touch with each other.
It's a gamble - but you never know!

"Relative" includes relation by blood (including half blood), marriage or civil partnership.
