Is there anybody who is able to tell me or lead me in the right direction where I can find information regarding my great uncle Alfred Keyte 1894 - 1915. He joined the Middlesex Regiment 2nd in 1911. His number being L/3304. If I am right in that he was in the 2nd he returned to England, Thursley Park from Malta in September 1914 and was attached to 23rd Brigade in 8th Division. On the 23rd November 1914 he landed in La Havre.

It is my understanding that on 23rd November 1914 winter operations began and ended on the 6th February 1915. Alfred was K.I..A. on 3rd February 1915. Is anyone able to tell me what where the movements, skirmish's and battles the 23rd Brigade between the 23rd Nov 1914 and Feb 6th 1915 .

With thanks
