Can anyone provide me with a copy of those listed on the war memorial in Motherwell. I am led to believe his name is on that memorial and if there are any newspaper articles on his death?

Son of Robert and Janet Howie, Husband of Annie Howie (formerly Kerr),of Mauchline, Ayrshire

Parents tie in with the 1901 census where it states Cambuslang as birth place.

His service record is on ancestry, his wife was awarded a pension but there were no children mentioned.
